Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

NiveshSakha, operated by JeevanNirvana Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation policies for all our financial services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations across our various service offerings.

2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 IT Filing & Tax Planning Services

Refund Eligibility:
  • Before Filing: Full refund available if cancellation is requested before ITR filing is initiated
  • After Filing Initiation: 50% refund if cancellation is requested after work has commenced but before ITR submission
  • After ITR Submission: No refund available once ITR has been successfully filed
Processing Time:
  • Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of payment for full refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

2.2 Financial Planning & Education Services

Refund Eligibility:
  • Before Consultation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
  • After First Consultation: 70% refund if not satisfied with initial consultation
  • After Plan Delivery: No refund once personalized financial plan is delivered
Satisfaction Guarantee:
  • If not satisfied with the financial plan, we offer one free revision
  • If still not satisfied after revision, 50% refund will be provided

2.3 Recovery Services (Investment & Insurance)

Fee Structure:
  • Initial consultation is free
  • Fees are charged only upon successful recovery
  • No upfront payment required
Refund Policy:
  • No refund applicable as fees are charged only on success
  • If any advance payment is made, full refund within 7 days if no recovery is achieved

2.4 Will & Asset Transfer Services

Refund Eligibility:
  • Before Drafting: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment
  • During Drafting: 60% refund if work is in progress
  • After Document Completion: No refund once will/documents are finalized
Revision Policy:
  • One free revision included in the service
  • Additional revisions charged separately

2.5 Investment & Insurance Diagnosis

Refund Eligibility:
  • Full refund if report is not delivered within promised timeframe
  • 50% refund if not satisfied with the diagnosis report quality
  • No refund after accepting the final report

2.6 Litigation Funding

Fee Structure:
  • Initial legal consultation is free
  • Funding decisions are case-specific
  • Terms and refund conditions are defined in individual agreements

3. Cancellation Process

How to Cancel:

  • Email us at support@niveshsakha.com with your booking/payment details
  • Call our customer service at 9892382050 during business hours
  • Send a WhatsApp message to 9892382050 with cancellation request

Required Information:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Service booked and payment reference number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Bank account details for refund processing

4. Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Refund requests are processed within 2 business days of approval
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For UPI/Net Banking: 1-3 business days
  • For Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • In case of payment method unavailability, bank transfer will be initiated
  • Processing fees (if any) charged by payment gateways are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already completed and delivered as per agreement
  • Cancellation requested after the specified time limits
  • Failure to provide required documents or information from client side
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.)
  • Services cancelled due to client's non-compliance with terms

6. Force Majeure

NiveshSakha shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, service delivery timelines may be extended, and alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be first attempted to be resolved through direct communication
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
  • Jurisdiction for legal matters: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
